What happens to your details?
In short: this website uses no cookies, and Kati only collects what you write yourself, in the contact form or when you book or buy.
Who is responsible
Kati Makeup Katarina Horakova, sole proprietorship, org. no. 925 636 924, Magnus' gate 11, 0650 Oslo, Norway. Questions about privacy: post@katimakeup.no or +47 465 47 620.
When you send a message
The form asks for your name, email and message, and which service you are interested in if you want to say. The message reaches Kati as an email, and is used only to answer you and plan a booking.
The legal basis is that you ask to be contacted (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Kati deletes the message when it is no longer needed. If it leads to a booking, see below.
When you book or buy a gift card
Kati keeps your name, email and phone number to deliver what you ordered and to answer you. When you pay, the payment provider (Vipps or the provider of the payment link) handles the payment.
The legal basis is the agreement with you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). What has to be in the accounts is kept as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.
Visitor numbers
Kati counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people read. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. Kati only sees totals, never who you are.
No cookies
The website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner either. While the tab is open, the site remembers that you have seen the opening screen, so it does not show again. This is deleted when you close the tab and says nothing about who you are.
Who helps Kati
Vercel runs the servers the website is on. The servers keep technical logs, such as IP address, for a short time to stop misuse.
Resend passes the message from the form on to Kati's inbox.
Google provides Kati's email, so your message is stored in her inbox at Google.
Studio Fredriksen built the website and keeps it running. If something fails, a message can pass through Studio Fredriksen before it reaches Kati.
They only use the details on Kati's behalf and under an agreement. Vercel, Resend and Google are American companies. The transfer to the US is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to see what Kati has about you, have it corrected or deleted, or say no to it being used. Get in touch, and you will get an answer within a month. If you think the rules are not being followed, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

The links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook open their sites. Their own privacy rules apply there.
